Blocks are cleaned and a basic visual inspection is made befroe work is continued.

Blocks are bored oversize to the next available or to the size required for your needs.  

Blocks utilizing wet liners can have to upper and lower counterbores recut and/or inserts installed to repair damaged areas as required.  We are also able to recut block decks for liner shims. 

We hone blocks using a diamond hone to give a quality finish.

Blocks can be decked to repair damaged areas due to rust and other imperfections, or if you are wanting that factory new finish.

Cam bearings are replaced as needed.
