Connecting rods are checked for bend, twist, cracks, out of round, and pin clearance..
Pin Bushings
Pin bushings are pressed out, pressed back in, and cut to the exact OEM clearance recommended by the manufacturer. A new pin is required to verify the clearance.
Rocker Arm Refurbishing
We are able to remove, replace, and re-cut rocker arm bushings on rockers such as those for Caterpillar C15 and 3406E. Along with this pin and rollers can be replaced as well.
